Been a few days since I contacted customer support.
Only reply so far was asking which of my 2 accounts I was receiving the message on.

So on

I put 550 tokens. Unable to tip a single token. So as a test, I loaded 100 onto
Jimmmyvalentino
(Yes, three m's in jimmmy)
Same error message.
Now about 2 weeks earlier, both accounts were banned for an undisclosed reason. After a cpl messages to the admin, thelwere unbanned, as they claimed to have received unfounded reports.
In the time since, was able to tip as normal.
And tho I haven't verified this yet, since the tip glitch, have possibly never had any viewers. Always seemed to have around a dozen previously.
Seemed like posting here helped some ppl get the issue resolved more promptly. Figure it's worth a shot. Until either I can tip, or get a refund, I will consider my money stolen.
