unable to connect to my account

Hi guys,

My friend and I started streaming on chaturbate 1 month ago. I always connected my account from passwoord manager but today i'm unable to connect to my account.
I sent a request some days ago about changing my username but got no answer about that.
Reseting the password dont help...
Any tips?

Sorry @punker barbie but as i said i ont receive email from support, can you send me a link to check support statut with this ticket number? we are new to all of this... I can send my id back to change the email adress to be able to comunicate.

The CB support rep is claiming that not only have you received a reply from them, but they have also received a response to that initial reply from YOU in return...
