Unable to cashout

Hey there. So I was trying to cash out and I'm getting an error. I see that a lot of other people have gotten this error and posted it here too.
It says unable to cashout. Contact support if problem continues. I was hoping to cash out by today for the pay period.

Sort of. They haven't solved any problem yet. They asked me about something else from months ago that I already sorted out with support and they haven't replied since. I've been waiting on a reply for many days.
