Unable to cashout

Please I am unable to convert my tokens to cash. The error message say "Unable to cashout. Contact support if problem continues". However, Payment Information Form has been submitted, cashing out via Skrill.

I have contacted support via email but no response. The ticket number is 17671454, My chaturbate username is dloveboy212.

Please, your assistance will be highly appreciated.

I have also contacted phone numbers found on the internet but they claimed they deals only with billing support.

Hello, I just got on this thread today to say the same thing is happening to me. Very stressful especially since payouts are gonna go out soon. I’ve been on CB for 3-4 months now and this is the first time this has happened. I keep getting a message when I try to convert to cash “unable to cash out. Please contact support”. Can someone help me or lmk what’s going on? User name is xobeccaxo and my request number is 17864596. They won’t email me back about this.
