My username is ariawoods, I’ve been camming since 2018 and have never had an issue like this. When I try to convert my tokens to cash it says “unable to cash out, please contact support if the problem continues”. I emailed support last night but have not heard back yet. I’ve never had this happen and it’s pretty stressful.
