Unable to cashout my tokens

I can't convert my tokens into casg, I keep getting this message when I try to:
Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues.
I have contacted support, 2 days ago and I got no answer.
Can you please assist me?

well it is the weekend, limited staff, reply times will increase and or resume Monday. I have heard it takes 2-3 days MIN for replies. Same day probably never happen. 1-3 days feels normal wait time.
