Unable to cash out on CB

I I have been trying to cash out and every time it says unable to cash out if this problem continues contact support but every time I contact support they never get back with me does anyone know the reasoning on why it won’t let me

@punker barbie I do marketing and several of my clients have not been unable to cash out or tip.
In addition I contacted support on the 13th. I was unable to tip or cash out ... No one responds to any of the support tickets. I think CB has a major issue. I'm about to advice my clients to drop this platform.
