BIG fan here! I have read all the books except the new one, I'm waiting for the softcover release.
In case you haven't the books they are waaay different than the show. My friend also tries to get spoilers out of me about the show but it's completely different from the books!
I'm really enjoying the actor that plays the King of Mississippi. I'm also disappointed that season finale is already here

I have not been able to bring myself to read the series. Frankly because I enjoy the show and know I will be yelling at the tv sayin that's not in the f#*)# book...lol
Did the same thing with stephen king books I had read..same thing with queen of the damned by anne ric.. the movie was more of one book than the titled book they used.

two shows i've been meaning to sit down and get caught up on and give a chance to have been true blood and breaking bad.
Rented the first season of true blood and watched the first two episodes last night is a lot of fun and will be watching more episodes later on this evening.

I LOVE True Blood ...we have it here in Thailand...as a former vampire myself ( yes my vampire teeth are gone > veneers) ....
I like the more gritty feel of True Blood when compared to Twilight......Love the sets.... "I wanna do BADDDD things to you....."

I believe I've been watching this show since Season 1. Found out about from a friend who has HBO & started finding torrents. This season finale kind of irked me. Was nice to see Lafayette get a boyfriend/boy toy even if he is a witch.
Personally find it hilarious lafayette found jesus..his new lust interest. Wanna see how that storyline ties into anything

The other really wtf? momemt was the whole Matrix jump prelude to Bill and Sophie Anne's fight. Did I miss them using that shit before? or was that the first use?

I love True Blood. I am an official True-Blood-Dork cause my MFC profile song is actually the theme song to True Blood lol.
I know, it's pretty lame but at least it's a sexy song. I don't think the theme song to Friends or Full House would have the same effect.
Speaking of sexy, that Eric hypnotized me I swear to god girls!
When they first introduced his character on the show I was like "EW omg ugh he's soooo creepy, I hate him." Every time he'd appear on the screen, I'd be like "Just get lost you gross disgusting excuse for a vampire!" and I'd be cussing at the TV outloud. I despised his character.
Well guess what? Now I totally wanna do him. I dunno why. He's still creepy. But every now and then he shows the tiniest lil bit of his humanity and I wanna jump his vampire bone.
Bahahaha I am nuts what can I say.

Just watched the season premiere on HBO and then the 2nd episode on hbogo.com. I was fucking squeeling like a kid on Christmas. I am so gay for that show. Speaking of gay, that g/g scene with Tara was great. My ex gf totally had the hots for her, and I like me a tough bitch. But I had a major buzzkill when I realized that now, since I watched next week's episode already, I'm going to have to wait 2 weeks for a new episode. Omg Blake if I would not have come to this thread I would not know that I don't get to see True Blood this week and now I am so sad :crybaby:
I love true blood too OMG! The first two episodes already has me wanting more. I wish I would have waited to, I wouldn't have to wait to see episode 3.
I loved Season 2, Season 3 was good, and I'm hoping Season 4 doesn't suck. First episode was decent, but really I wish they'd just get rid of Sookie and make Bill the main character. Is the Bill/Sookie relationship over for good now? It would be if this goes like the books I hear O.O
Spoliders alert. So don't read ahead if haven't seen the first two episodes for this season of True blood. Season 4 is really good so far. The twist so far with what happen to Bill being King of LA has been great so far. That came out of the blue.
I think the hole Sookie being in the Fairy realm was kind of lame in how they did it. Give me a little more than a desert looking landscape.
Sam Merlotte meeting three more shapeshifter friends was cool also.
Eric can be such a asshole. Buying Soookie house like that.
