Toy issues

I can't get any of my toys to connect to the viewers for the tipping menu.
I have spoken to Lovense who told me the screens to go through but I don't get all the same screen has them.
Anyone else gave this issue and what did you do?.

Any idea how I can sort it as it means I can't add it to the tipping menu?.
