Hi @punker barbie I was watching a private show from a streamer and when i wanted to leave the private show, it would not let me leave the private show. It kept going and going so I shut down the browser and went in again and still would not stop and my tokens kept going down, so i went into my account and cashed out of the money and only then it stopped. So I now need you to put that money back into tokens again please. Can that be done? Also there is a glitch in the system, that should not have happened.

Models can set a minimum time requirement for private shows. Mine is set at 10 minutes minimum. If that was the case with this model, it's not a glitch.

Yep. It seems that a lot of users do not realize that you can do longer than 10 minutes now.

Which seems to be your case. 0-10 minutes are done in one minute intervals. After 10 minutes to 30 minutes are done in 5 minute intervals. The model you had a private with had a higher set time limit, you are not going to get a refund over that.
