Tokens never received

@punker barbie help me out please? i did 2 payments and tokens never got added to my account. I've bought tokens before and never had an issue so i'm confused why it's notworking, i'm also not banned or anything so could you please explain?
i've reached out too support but they don't seem to respond.

I read somewhere that in such cases the payment should be returned within 7-10 days.If you sent a message to support they will respond to you. Sometimes it happens... Unfortunately...

НI don't know if this information will help you, it depends on your bank.

Try contacting the bank directly and informing them that the payment was not completed. I think for the bank it looks like a frozen transaction. I know it depends on the bank and the country, but maybe you can get this information faster

Check your bank's statement carefully. I had the same problem on that day - to rub it in the dipsticks charged me for 2 lots of 1000 tokens while only crediting me 1000 (which was all I wanted)

What I really need to do is learn how to reply to 3 different commenters at once (so they all get a notif.) instead of 3 identical separate replies to each commenter

didnt even notice lol, you can either hit reply on each one or you can click multiquote, if you do multiquote you need to hit the button under where you type your reply that says "Insert quotes..."
