Tokens are not debited from the account

I welcome forum users, as well as industry representatives.
Tokens have not been debited from the account for almost a week, but just stand on the balance. We are trying to contact CB support, but it seems to ignore us.
Who had the same problem, how did you solve it? Can @punker barbie help with the answer to tickets 19212660 and 19196454?

Probably means there is a token freeze in place pending an investigation, once they have finished their investigation they will give you a response but it may be a while. I think the last one I saw if I recall correctly was a little over 3 weeks.
