Token Stats Tab won't load

When I click on my tokens in the top right corner the token stats tab will not load! i just says "loading...". normally it only says loading for about 5 seconds then it takes me to my stats but right now it just stays "loading...". I can't transfer my tokens to cash until this is fixed. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? I have already contacted support.
