Does it take a certain amount of time for tokens to be released to a user. Like if a user were to purchase 80,000 tokens would they automatically be able to use them or would it take time for them to have access to them

If this is myfreecams you will have access to tokens you buy instantly. However they have limits on new users. You won't be able to buy near that many for some time. As you buy more they will raise the amount you can buy at one time and the number of times you can buy them per day.

Buy 80,000 tokens at once? I think you can only do this with wire transfer, and in this case they say:

You can purchase higher tokens sooner, but you have to contact support to do so, and they will want to see proof of ID and a bunch of other things. If it seems invasive, they are just trying to protect themselves and the models from stolen funds and whatnot.
But if showing ID doesn't sound too great, there is a daily purchase limit which will go up over time (not sure exactly how much time or money needs to be spent for each tier). There's also a savings option which will allow you to hide some tokens for a later day.
