Tip menus, etc.

I'm a total fail when it comes to making my profile even remotely pretty, but tonight I'm on a mission to somewhat educate myself on making these lovely little tip menus, video lists, top tippers 'things' (see, that's how knowledgeable I am on it, 'things') - Is there a specific program used to make them? I got Gimp once, you can guess how that went. I hope they don't mind me using them as examples, but I'm talking like Lilymadison's, LadyLucyLoo, etc etc. Yeah, I need 'Graphic Design for Dummies'. Feel free to give me a swift smack on the hand if there's a ton of these threads already.

There are indeed a ton of these threads!! (No smack on the hand necessary though, we're nice!) We get them all the time, there are many more in the Models Only section so if you get verified you can check those out (There's a great link in the "START HERE" stickies.)
