I'm trying to help find a solution for my girlfriend. She made the difficult decision to end her partnership with a studio and start a new account on her own with a new name.
When she submitted everything to start the new account, she got the error "This person is ineligible to broadcast." She has been waiting for a week to hear from customer support.
She depends on this to support herself and pay for school, and she really can't afford to wait much longer. She has never done anything to violate the terms and conditions, and we are unsure why she is being labeled "ineligible."
If anyone has any suggestions or if @punker barbie can help, we would be so grateful. Her old username is "cyntia_cossio" and her new username waiting to be approved is "sofia_gonzalez1"
