Hi Everyone,

We're Matt and Rebecca and we're brand new to streaming. We're trying to do this all properly, so we've been taking the past month or so to prepare, and get all our "ducks in a row" before we actually do our first live stream on Chaturbate.

In preparation for that, we created a dummy account to help us figure out our apps, and linking OBS to chaturbate etc.

Unfortunately, I (Matt), fucked up with the dummy account. We had verified Rebecca immediately, but I accidentally showed myself on camera briefly while testing out some settings before I had been verified too, and subsequently our dummy account got banned.

We didn't think much of it, since we'd managed to resolve everything we needed the dummy account for. But yesterday, I created our official new chaturbate account (MattRebeccaPlaytime), and when I verified Rebecca, it shows her age verification passed, but it says she is "Ineligible to broadcast". I'm assuming this is because the previous account on which she was verified was banned due to a stupid mistake on my part.

I have contacted support, and I'm waiting on a response, but we're trying to make use of our "NEW" status for as long as possible, and I haven't heard anything back from support yet. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Or if anyone knows how best to get our account verified and ready for us to stream? We're starting to get a bit antsy about it as it's been a long road to get to this point already, and it would suck if we didn't even get to start!

Resolve any and all outstanding issues with the previous banned account first. So get yourself verified on the prior banned account. Also, as far as I know, the NEW tag follows the individual(s), not just "new" accounts. So once verified on the prior account, your "new" badge will have been started already.

Thanks for the insight :) We Have verified ourselves on both accounts now, but Rebecca is still showing as "Ineligible to broadcast" on both accounts. I'm assuming we just need to wait for a response from support at this point. Trying to be as patient as we can haha
