Yeah, no way would I work a free chat site for those prices. Most models won't.

I charge more than that for prebooked Skype where I don't even have to interact before the show except in text chat.

I understand where you're coming from, Stripchat is between a freemium and a premium site. So it's not all that free, and models make the most from their tips. So spying, tipping, private shows, cam2cam, they make good money. If it's your business, then it's good to use your skype, chaterbate, streamate, whatever. You can cam 2 sites optimally at once. I just think you pick your top ways to make good cash.

This is always the % argument when talking about payout. SM at least the % is low but straight forward. Token sites get to mislead with this much more. Like MFC is 'upto' 70% but that's assuming most members aren't using MFC enough to be able to buy at the $.07/per rate when I think probably most members are buying between the $.10 or $.08/per rate which means the model is only really getting 50%-60%.

I'm not going to look at that site but maybe the token rate isn't fixed like MFC. Where she's saying most are charging 25/per but you can set whatever you want. Flirt4Free you can change your rate for example only MFC seems to have a locked rate.

Even if I were going to make the bulk of my earnings on tips, that private rate is unacceptably low. At least on MFC if I have a private I know, roughly, how much I'm gonna make in that private (most guys average between five to fifteen minutes in private in my experience). The rate being that low I would never do one because it wouldn't make sense to devote that much time to such a low value.

I am well aware that granny, mature, teen, etc. exist and will continue to in the industry. I've got no problem with that. My point is that if there were just two categories labeled "boy" and "girl," I'd assume that I clicked on one to get dudes and the other to get ladies. Because the "teen" option is already present, it would seem that "boy" and "girl" are in fact younger categories than "teen."

I am in no way accusing this site of having underage models, I just think it's creepy AF.

Chaturbate defaults to 6?!? That leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It also seems like the best interest of the site to set it somewhere in the middle.

Which is still low for sites that allow the rate to be adjusted. That's why MFC models don't want to pvt without prepay to make up the different.

Hi Missvc, yeah that's right. The price per minute is set by the model, ranging from 16-90 tokens. Same with spying, cam2cam, etc.

For Stripchat's Model contest we're actually giving winning models permanent placement in the top row of the site, which helps them rise above the competition. But the professionals out there killing it, keep up your awesomeness.

Not meaning to jump on you, but that whole... permanent placement boost caught my eye. That seems unfair to give girls permanent top row position. You could have a girl that eventually stops putting in as much effort because now she has a cemented spot in the highly visible position, versus girls that are working their asses off to get into that position. I think a placement boost for a few months or a given amount of time would be a better way to go about this. That might be great for when your site is still small and just getting established, but if it ever gets MFC level, there will be some real stink raised over this. At least the top girls at MFC know they have to keep up the hard work in order to stay in that top row. You'll never, ever see one of the first row girls on that site, or CB, resting on their laurels because they're aware there are thousands of girls on the site that would love to be in that top row.
