Does MFC take out taxes or do we have to do our tax on our own?

No, they do not. You're an independent contractor and need to pay your own. It's wise to set aside roughly 30% of your income to cover taxes.

I am expecting 1099-misc from MFC. I have contacted them via e-mail but am waiting for a response. I have kept my own records - but I would like to know their business name as well as EIN so I can file.

All businesses have until the 31st January to send out tax information and filing taxes are not due until April 15th. Emailing them might get the EIN and business name but it wont help you without the 1099 to file early.
