What time zone? I typically log in the morning my time (EDT) which is late afternoon/evening for European models...
The best time to cam is when you are focused, into the broadcast, and ready to play. 
That could be 2 AM or 2 PM or 6:15 to 8:15 on the dot.

The time you go on, is the time you build a following over time. Other than mid afternoon, and dead middle of the night most places, all other times are good.

...and that if you're non-US then targeting your own countries 8pm-2am window is easiest as everyone likes to hang out with a familiar sounding person who gets the local jokes and quirks and such.

It depends on what kind of show you do.
If that's lovense, cum shows and private shows then there are two best time slots for you:
● 10 pm - 1 am GMT+1 (European professionals such as: UK, Germany, France fap before bed)
● 11 pm - 2 am EST when US (mostly East Coasters) come to CB to spend money on pussy.
I remember making awesome money in these both time slots when doing multiple cum shows.
If you converse a lot or do erotic tease/dance best time for it is in the evening US time as Americans are more into chatting and chilling then Europeans as not all of them speak English.
The slowest time slot FOR ANYTHING is 9 am-1.30 pm GMAT+1 (London) as European professionals are at work and most of US is sleeping. 99% of rooms are slow and quiet but the rooms in the first row. Things start to move after 1.30 pm (London) when US wakes up and the number of viewers is gradually increasing towards the end of the day. Moreover, it's an evening in Australia which can tip well as well.
Things slow down after about 2-3 hours again and between 4 pm - 10 pm not many people tip again. I don't know why actually. Australia sleeps, US goes to work and Europe finishes work and goes home?
Trust me. I've been camming for 6 years and I've been testing all time slots.
