one member subscribed to my fan club and began to write in private messages about the suicide of a friend and his sister. I wrote to him that I'm sorry about it. but this is not allowed on the site. now I don't know what to do. I'm afraid for my account. tell me how to be?

I would remind the customer again, that this is a discussion that is not allowed on the site and to seek other resources for support, that are more suited to that. If he doesn't stop, i would ban this member .

With how ban happy CB is, i would probably just ban the guy and screenshot the conversation, to have proof, that you did not engage further into this conversation and clarified the rules with the member.

In my opinion - dont even talk with people who start talking against rules- just ban and make screen. Maybe im a little freak out, but im really scared reading here about so many broadcasters banned. We dont know the way how admins are monitoring our rooms, but if this are bots or automatic system who reacts on keywords, better just ban people who say something inapropriate fast, until somebody will think that we were also taking part in forbidden conversation. I always ban if people say something like that ,without explaining them to not do that again, but as i said - im really freaking out :)

That's definitely the smartest way to go about it, especially on CB.

I think in this case, because the person already engaged with this person, i would clarify again and then ban, just to have proof, that you didn't do anything wrong.
I think sometimes with paying members, who bring up stuff that isn't allowed, i like to give them a written "notice" that they are getting banned, if they don't stop bringing it up again.
( If it isn't something super iffy like ageplay / Blood relatives taboo/ forced scenarios or animal cruelty etc)
But i'm on Streamate and things seem a little less random with bans there and pretty straightforward for the most part, as long as you stick to the rules.
