I hope this is the right way to post on this forum. I submitted a ticket 7 days, on November 25th, and I have yet to get an update on why my account was banned.
While I was waiting for an update from the support, I created a new account using a different email. As soon as I purchased tokens, the new account was automatically banned.

PS: I do not have a ticket number yet.
