We want to report a suspicious activity in our master account, we have been hacked by the head administrator of our studio, and all the personal information from our account have been compromised, the administrator hacked all the information and used it for bad purposes causing the permanent ban of our master account.
Our master account have a record of 4 years more or less working with chaturbate with out any fault that could cause a permanent ban, you could check in your personal reports about our account and see that we have never fault to any rule or statement described in the terms and conditions, so we would like to make a deep investigation in our case because we have been affected as studio and also all our models.
This attack caused a ban of our master STUDIO account in your platform, we want to clear out that our studio account hasn’t stream ever on chaturbate, it was only used as a studio account in were our girls stream day by day.
We think that with this attack someone make something wrong with our account that cause the ban from your company, but you can verify or IP’s numbers that can show that we always make good use of your platform and never commit any infraction on the website.
Because the hack we have suffer and the thief of information our models have been affected in a big way, all the work payment from the past fortnight have been blocked and now they are having a lot of money problems here with all of their obligations.
We would need you to help us URGENT, we would like you to help us with the models pays, because they have a lot of economic problems these days and we want to help them as soon as possible.
