Hello Stripchat reps
My studio was recently ask to reverify the documents due to a detection of an unregistered model.
I went through the process to upload the required documentation and which was rejected by the automated system saying they do not accept hew registration fro the region.
The automated system in place has now prevented me from trying to get my studio account back and trying to use the general support assistance has provided no help as they also seem to be automated bots that don't look into the issue and just respond with a standard template message.
Are any of the strip chat representatives on here able to assist and have this looked into and help me get my studio account active again.
