Hello @punker barbie and everybody.
I wanted to share a story about a problem that me and some other models have recently encountered. I used to work for a studio, which went defunct at the end of February, due to some legal trouble concerning its organizers. Some time later I found out that most accounts previously belonging to this studio, including mine, were banned by CB. None of the models had anything to do with the bans, because the bans took place weeks after our last broadcast - in my case, my last broadcast took place over 2 weeks before the ban. We were not able to get to know the immediate reason for the ban, nor challenge it in any way, because we had no way to access the e-mails connected to our accounts.
Weeks has passed, and many models, previously working for the studio, including me, decided to register new, independent accounts. In most cases, the registration went smoothly, but some of us were receiving threats, either on the site, or beyond... In my case, a member wrote to me in PM, that he knows that my previous (studio) account was banned, which means my documents are "flagged", and that if I ban or silence the wrong person, he will report me and that will get me banned permanently... And this indeed happened on my 5th day of broadcast. I kicked a member for being rude, and one hour later my account was banned without giving any explanation from the support. Other models have had similar experience. Now, these models who had their studio accounts banned first, and then were banned on their independent accounts, are no longer able to register new accounts, the site bans us right away, as if we were indeed permanently banned from the platform...
Does that actually mean, that if a studio account gets banned, a model previously registered on this account is no longer able to work on the site? If yes, then it is so unfair for so many reasons... First of all, as I mentioned, none of the models had anything to do with the ban of our studio accounts. Some of these banned accounts were not in use for weeks, months or even years, prior to the ban! Some girls have worked for the studio for years, some for a week or less.. Some were working at the studio, and some, like me, were working remotely, from home. I don't even live in the same city where the studio is located... But for some reason the site decided to throw everybody in one bag, and ban all the accounts... I can understand that if a studio goes defunct CB may want to remove the accounts connected to the studio from their platform, but why should it be solved by banning and "flagging" individual models? We are we held responsible, and punished for other people's sins? Studio models have very limited influence over their accounts. We don't do any setting, we don't connect our e-mails, or payment methods. Studio is often swapping models between accounts, re-use old accounts by registering new models on them and do a lot of things with our accounts, that we have no control of. All that we can control is the quality of our stream, and ensuring that while we're on cam, we work according to all the site rules, and we were doing just that. All the other problems with studio do not concern us, and are not our fault...
Sorry for the length of this letter, but I am really depressed by this situation, and I hope that someone will help me and my friends to solve this problem...
My studio account's name was : penelopa77
my independent model account which was banned later was : yvaine_
the nr of ticket with case concerning this account is 17325040 (I can't know the one connected to penelopa77 because I don't have access to the e-mail connected with this account)
