I'm newer to SC and getting up to speed with Stripscore. Searched for this and read other ppl's threads for almost 30 mins but didn't see anything based on an official answer or personal experience.

I've gone through the sc help doc which is nice that it exists but meh: https://support.stripchat.com/hc/en-us/articles/5789747683857-What-s-StripScore-and-how-to-boost-it

We all have slow days from time to time. After camming for almost 2 hours, so many greyed out names were watching but not tipping.

Is it better to cut the stream short or keep going for stripscore (which I understand is partly based on tkns per hour) ?

The highest factor for influencing the score is average revenue per hour so leaving if the number of tips dip super low might help.
It doesn't matter if you take a break whilst your offline or have an inconsistent schedule so shorter shows with a large number of tips are the best but it an be difficult to do that if you're a new Model and still gaining viewership.

Honestly i'd just focus on the shows. I really hate being scored for this kind of stuff and I chose Chaturbate because it at least doesn't remind me of my score if they keep one internally for ranking.
One good thing about Stripchat is u can search by category and tip menu items really easily so if you assign as many categories as possible for the content you produce and make a detailed tip menu that might help.

Streaming in 720p+ can also help a bit but I think most people stream above or at that quality at this point.

Hello @Ashleyluxe,

The choice is absolutely up to you :) However, please keep in mind that your Stripscore will continuously fluctuate, as every model has some good days and some not so good days. Your Stripscore is based on the average of the last so many days of camming (so new hours are always replacing older days that fall out of the average).

It can be stressful to worry about a score that will fluctuate, so I always suggest that instead models focus on things such as:
-being creative and engaging
-your following count as this number should go up with every stream (and seeing an increasing number will have a more positive impact on you then watching a fluctuating number)
-keeping a regular schedule to gain consistency and trust with your following
-posting new content regularly
-sending out mass messages and posting to your Feed

Also, please remember that the more you cam and earn tokens, the more your StripPoints will go up. Here is more info: https://support.stripchat.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410727853585-Model-Contests
