I need your support. Last night I got an email from stripchat that my account has been permanently blocked because I violated serious rule which is I showed minor or child in my cam. Which is absolutely not possible because last time I streamed from my account was on 10-12th January as much as I remember. From that day till today I didn’t stream for a single minute. When How is it possible that I have showed minor/child/underaged/unregistered person in my cam? In fact yesterday I logged in to my account was in the morning and I didn’t opened it till the Email I have received from the team. How Is it possible dear? I have been streaming there for 1 years now and I have followed every single rules carefully so that I don't get ban but yesterday that email made me so upset and worrying. I always go on live from my laptop and use my webcam and both device are off for last 7-10 days. I never used my phone for streaming. I used to log in from my phone just to check PM. Nothing else. Then How is it even possible that I have showed someone underaged? I asked for help to the support team immediately after receiving that termination email. I appealed to them but It's been almost 9-10 hours passed but they didn’t replied me. Trust me, I didn’t showed anyone Infact I didn’t stream for last 7days. I don't want to leave this place like this. If I really made a big mistake then I will admit it by my own. But I don't want to get ban like this way. I have already enabled my 2 factor verification also, then how is it possible for someone to get into my account from another device? Please @Stella_SC help me. I never breaked any rules on stripchat, rather I always asked for help to the suppprt team whenever I feel any doubt regarding my live stream.
