Stripchat money wanted

Good afternoon. Since May 16, I have been waiting for a translation from the STRIPCHAT. I wrote in support, they give me information in general terms and only send confirmation that the money has been transferred to my account, but they are not there! I asked them to contact the bank through which the transfer was made. Ignoring and long responses to mail. Has anyone had such problems? How did they decide?

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my payment. They write and promise that it will be received, but in the end I did not receive anything. The bank through which the money was sent returned the stripchat back. But 7 working days have passed since I contacted the bank and they confirmed that the money was sent. I would like to find out what happened myself, but the ban does not give personal information to outsiders. I’m tired of waiting and I understand that the team doesn’t care, because during all this time it was possible to contact the bank and find out the reason for the delay in funds, or is it a stripchat delay?? Nothing is clear or understandable.

I am so glad it's been resolved.
Thank you for updating the thread.

Please note, when banks return payments to us, we have to wait for the funds to appear on our side before we can proceed.
I know this is frustrating and very stressful to you because at the end of the day, you only want your payment.

I can assure you that we do not delay getting those payments back to you once we have them,
and the tokens which are now in your account will be generated upon the next payment cycle as per the normal process
