During my first stream as a couple my stream was suddenly cut off and the reason given was that not everyone on the account was verified. Turned out my ID verification I sent in was blurry and had gotten denied mid stream without my knowledge. Now my wife’s ID is showing as ineligible even though her ID had been approved at the time of the suspension. It’s been 24 hours and nobody has reached out to answer my support ticket. Only thing I’ve gotten is an automated message from the support team. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
