i just didn't streaming for a few days and today is the payment day and after recieve payment email, now i can't log in on STREAMATE. can anyone let me know why?

hi everyone , I would like to get to know your experience working on streamate , coz I dont have many customers on room while go streaming ,
It was okay at the first time I've joined Streamate I made around $400-$500 per week but now I only just making around under $100, I don't know what is going on

anyone has the same problem that you can't see your snapshots on streamate ? does streamate work different with other campsites about snapshots taken?
