Oh goddammit! I totally bought Portal 2 the day before yesterday when it was $10, should have waited. RAWR! Oh well, I still have Portal 2 on Steam now, so hopefully I can play it with some of you fine folks sometime soon. ^.^

What a good choice! I always think it's wise to get some extra copies when really great games are on sale, they really are excellent gifts. Portal 2 is one of my absolute favorite games and I've been trying to collect multiplayer games for my model Steam account so I can play them with some of the fine folks from here and the rest of the internets. I'm still very happy that I have it now and that game is worth so much more than $10 anyway. I don't feel bad, Valve can have my money.

I think that I must stay away from Steam today though, I almost just bought like 10 new games and Fable III is just so tempting. I shall live vicariously through you and others who enjoy the rest of the sale! :dance:

Nah, it's just DLC but you have to get the "Lawer Simulator 2013" expansion in order to actually fight the charges.

I think it's actually a part of their strategy to spring it on us, but I'm not sure if I like it or not. The anticipation and surprise is sort of fun, I'm still curious to see what other things will be on the flash sales!

Haha, nah. I thinks it's stupid on their part to have a 'big sale' then not let people know. It's like walmart having a Christmas sale where all electronic devices in the store are $5 then telling people two months later in February. Why bother? :lol:

Funny thing is I'm on there now trying to add some games to the cart and I keep getting 'Servers are full, please try later.' Yeah, EVERYBODY is on right now. We must all just stockpile the games in our wishlist for the two big sales every year. I know last Summer Sale I think I grabbed over 40 games then.

Speaking of Bioshock, if anyone is looking to get the first two DON'T buy the package deal. They seem to have a glitch in their pricing. Each one is $4.99, but buy both together and it's $39.98. Woohoo!

Okay, snagged some cheapo games. And it only took an hour to do it. Steam is really bogged down. Failed to connect at purchase over a dozen times. Time for some server upgrades there.

And yes. I know stronghold 3 sucks. But I like all the other ones so i'm just completing the collection. :-D
