We should be getting more but our ISP has said that we're too far away from the exchange.

We get money knocked off our bill though so it's not all bad.

I should point out that this is with 2 PCs running and hubby on XBox 360 live.

It's usually abou 60mb/s dl at daytime since theres more traffic and sometimes goes up to 100mb/s at night.

Normal for me is around 30 down and 1-2 up

I don't know what the hell these numbers mean, but I have virtually zero complaints with my internet speed. Random disconnects is another story

EDIT: Checked http://www.pingtest.net and I'm pinging only 28ms to a server farther away from me. Fucking Comcast.
