Hello Bonga represintatives, why is that i recieve an email saying i have change my profile picture? Where i didnt change it at all?? Is there something happening? I recieve this two emails the same content just now, and i dont see any problem with my profile picture as it was all good and clear and verified, but an email suddenly appear saying i change it. The message you recieved says that the bonga staff have removed it, due to them saying it breaks rules.
No one is saying you changed it, they are saying you must choose another photo

Your thread title was misleading, and had me thinking you meant that someone hacked into your account and changed your picture. Lol.
Don’t worry. It just means that your profile photo contained something not allowed. At least they didn’t just go and suspend/ban your account. They’re giving you the chance to change the photo, so do that right away before it becomes a problem. Just look at the list of potential reasons they gave you, and just submit a different photo (Even if you have to use your camera to take a new one). For example…if your photo showed a Michael Jackson poster behind you on your bedroom wall…or your photo showed you wearing a top featuring the anime My Hero Academia. I had to change my profile photo too on one of the sites, because there had been some nudity.
