Hello Everyone!

I was hoping you guys could give me some advice. I recently switched from MFC to Streamate and so far I really like it and am much more comfortable there. The main issue I'm having so far is with the rooms being smaller and people popping in and out there's not a ton of conversation happening which is fine, I'm just not sure what to do with all that quiet time! I don't want to look bored or not interested, my previous experience on MFC makes me feel like I should be chatting it up at all times. Not sure if the awkwardness is just getting use to a new site format or if this is something everyone experiences. Any advice or examples of what you do would be greatly appreciated!

PS I'm hoping to be verified soon so I can get to the really good stuff!

Guys on Streamate actually tend to think that you're "too busy for private" if you're doing much of anything or having a conversation. Many ladies just chill and update clipsites, queue ads for social media, read blogs, news, or webcomics, etc., then look up at the cam with a smile and a "hi" when someone pops into chat.

70% of the time I am pretty animated and do engage in conversation and chat, but I make sure I try to lead it back to a private show. When I am more energitic, but don´t let the conversation get too ofcourse, I find I do better.
I do it more for my sanity too in a way, if I get too bored or distracted with other work I give an awful show.
