Slow/bad customer support from cam and amateur sites

Anyone else noticed this or am I just having really bad luck getting uninformed temps answering?

Pornhub: Asked for VAT or equivalent for tax purposes - First reply was that they did not have this information. Asked again, got no reply for about 1 week. Sent in a new request, got response within 24 hours with federal tax number.

Unblur: Asked for VAT since it is based in EU - They said they did not have a VAT. Asked for equivalent/other information as proof of business. Got no response for about 1 week. Sent in new request. Have not recived a reply for 2 more weeks. Seems shady.

C4S: Asked for VAT or equivalent - Got a response 3 weeks later that they did not have VAT as a US-company. Asked them to please provide EIN/FIT number then. Hopefully not another 3 weeks wait for an answer to my first question.

Pornhub is fucking horrible in terms of customer service/Model support at least in my experience.

Clips4Sale usually replies within literal minutes to my emails. Have you tried using their live chat support? It can be quicker.
