Depends on the hour. If it's way past bedtime, I'll just go to bed. I usually sleep better on a too-empty stomach than a too full one anyway. If it's still early (exhausting day, poor/little sleep the night before, etc) I'll eat for the energy and try to stay up until close to bedtime to get back on a decent schedule.
This is what chocolate milk is for!
Open fridge, pull out carton, chug until winded, replace, and then sleep the deep peaceful sleep of a belly full of chocolatey milky goodness.
