Hi i requested my earnings with sky private in November (my first month of working for them) and it was approved on the 24th nov but nothing has appeared in my bank account . I’ve written multiple emails to support and all I get is we are looking into it with the payment processor and allow us 24hrs . This 24hrs is being repeated every day and they don’t seem to know anything or giving me any answers on where my money is which isn’t a small amount . This time of year like most parents I need every penny I can get and when your earnings disappear it’s frustrating that no one tells me where it is. Support just say looking into it . Billing dept say looking into it . What do I do ? It’s been 15 days now ?
