Site support ignores my repeated request

For a month now the site has not restored my access to the broadcast (no ban, only suspension. My name: Devi_Evi ). I wrote to the support service in December, they wrote the reason and asked me to respond in a second letter. I replied that this was the wrong reason why my broadcast was stopped, that everything was fine with my mental state, I felt great and regularly visited a psychologist. But after my answer, support did not answer me and did not open access to the broadcast. I waited for more than a week and wrote a second message to support, to which they again wrote about the reason for stopping the broadcast and that I answer them in a second letter. After my repeated response, support again ignores me.
I ask you to help me, since this is the only source of my income, which I was deprived of and I need to live on something...

if this was a mental state type issue ban, i have heard those can last 2-3 months while you seek help. If you replied saying wrong reason & not agreeing with them. then it will probably stay as a ban till you do.
Repeated emails also will slow your process down & put you at the end of the line for replies.

My friend had the same ban; they opened the broadcast for her as soon as she wrote a second letter in support. For some reason I'm being ignored.

Each case is handled differently. CB is not ignoring you. They replied in your previous thread here…

Protective suspensions typically last a few (3) months or more at a minimum.

Thanks for your answer. This is the first time I have encountered such a case, and given that before this I was suspended due to a member, but I was quickly returned to the site. This time, it's a very long time...
