I’m gonna stuff my face with Taco Bell...cam...watch General Hospital...watch Sanford and Son reruns on YouTube...play on the Family Feud 2 & Friends app against my son, and maybe a round of the Harry Potter
‘Trouble’ game...while listening to him make corny “Hey, Mommy? Guess what daaayyy it iiisss!” jokes.

Pretty much like any other day.

By the way, I no longer have any interest in finding love, etc., because I am so over men and the bullshit at this point. Lol. I want the rest of my days on this Earth to be about living life happily, and taking care of me and my son.

I really hope I don’t have to go anywhere today, because the “Aw, why are you alone on Valentine’s Day???” people are annoying af.

Valentines day? No.

Single Awareness Day? Yes. I'll officially celebrate S.A.D. tomorrow by going out and buying chocolate at 50%-75% off.

The same thing we do every night, Pinkie - try to take over the world.

Masturbate. Be glad I'm not forced into proving my love for someone on some dumb consumerist holiday. Oh, and buy discounted chocolate the next day.

Pancakes are my life! What better way to spend Valentines Day then being online and masterbateinf with your online lovers? Perfect way to spend the day in my opinion

I spent it working, followed with an evening of lecture for a class I'm taking. They cut us out a little early, so all those in a relationship can hurry home. Me? I went home and studied.

A third century Italian gets beaten, stoned, and beheaded for performing marriages. So we feel obligated to give each other chocolate, act romantic, or feel bad that we're alone.

It's all really just about guilt and coerced unwanted sex..... Wait.....IT'S THE ULTIMATE CATHOLIC HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!

:h:I love Valentine's Day decorations (year round) so I stock up on cute heart stuff. Then I feel immense gratitude that I am single and have zero interest in seeking a monogamous romantic partner. Then I usually cry for a little bit, despite the fact that I love being single, because I also once loved being in love but have since realized that all relationships are a charade built on lies that inevitably end badly and will steal years from your life :inlove:

I don't celebrate it whether I'm in a relationship or not. I have done a few times but it really doesn't bother me. An excuse for chocolate and flowers is nice for sure if someone wants to give them to me, but there doesn't need much excuse for looking after a romantic partner. The only times I cared were when I was single and it made me feel lonely and like something was wrong with me for not having love. Even when I was single by choice and didn't want a relationship. That's fucked up. It feels less like a holiday to celebrate love and more a holiday to sell stuff and make everyone who doesn't currently have love feel shit and lonely. To fuck am I celebrating that.
My boyfriend has picked up a tradition these past three years of buying me cheese. He has a sense of humour.

I noticed especially last year that a whole load of single women were doing big Valentines day dates with their friends, giving gifts and everything. More power to them if that's what they want to do, but something about it just makes me feel sad.

I reminded the millennials at work that it's much better to say "I Love You" in person than by sending in a text. Then I ate some discounted chocolate.

I've been single every Valentine's Day except for a couple of them. Even when I'm in a relationship, I don't make a huge deal over Valentine's Day and I prefer that my partner doesn't either. I like to drink, get together with single friends and eat dinner and/or watch funny movies on VD.
