Selling Video links

I wanted to start selling video upload links again but not sure which site to use. I had used megaupload.com but its a possibility that my card got hacked from them so I would like to find another upload site that is trustworthy but not too expensive. Any ideas would sooo very much appreciated! Thanks

I use megaporn.com and it's freee. I don't know if there the same people as megaupload, but I don't know why you'd need to pay for anything anyway coz the free options are fine?

Aye... I know a few cam models who use megaupload. It's a nice feature being able to put passwords on the download page.

It's also easy to take down, and you can track how many times it has been downloaded

www.fileserve.com they have no problem with porn ....
Megaupload etc will block your account as soon as they find out that you do porn ...

Filesonic seems good too - my only real advice on any of this is make the name random; 022311.wmv etc...cos rapidshare, fileserve, etc all have databases that can be searched for keywords.

it still doesn't stop the peer to peer sharing tho, but that is the closest thing you can get

To keep megaupload from knowing you do porn, don't name the files with a sexy name or put in your model name. That's all you have to do.

Name it like, "This is how I made my cat happy today!" or "Damn I love cheese" hell you can even name it "WTF are you looking at?" XD

Am I the exception in posting them to my server? I have a totally random filesystem, so it wouldn't do anyone any good to try and plunder it, lol.

For my system, each video has a number at the front, and a randomized number. The customer gets the link and a warning that they only have two days from when I've sent it to download it. After those two days, I pick a new randomized number based on a random phrase of the day. The numbers at the front let me keep them straight, so I get security AND ambiguity.

I'm giving Filesonic a go today. I dislike that things are auto removed within so many days, but the premium prices are pretty decent, so if I like it enough I wouldn't be opposed to signing up.

I've had the pro Mediafire account for a few months now and I like it, I never have problems uploading videos, and I like that I can password protect them and see how many times they've been downloaded. But hey if you find a great free one, let me know because I'd love to stop spending $9 every month!

No go on finding something good AND free, however I like that with filesonic you can pay for several months at once at a discounted price. They also have lifetime membership for $149. Honestly, mediafire is more user-friendly, but I'd rather pay and get it out of way.

Yeah it would definitely be nice to get it out of the way and not be charged every month. I might have to look into Filesonic, then. Does it have pretty much the same features?

What I do is...

password protect a zipped file of the vid

put the vid up on Rapidshare

it's free, but you can't put very big ones on. However, the only ones I put up at the moment are ones from my webcam anyway, which aren't very big at all.

i just do the $10/month for mediafire. works awesome and i make a point to sell enough videos to cover the fee. i'll do stuff like follow me on twitter and you can get all 13 of my videos for 250 tokens, etc. i regularly run specials too for the people on my friends list to get discounted videos. i make it known that anyone buying my vids is helping to pay for my video host. before that i just used email. it sucked butt.
