I hope somebody can assist me with this issue?

I have suddenly lost all saved videos and pictures in my Media Collection. They were either recorded private shows or recorded portions of public shows.

I have contacted Stripchat support but do not yet have resolution.

Is it all videos from all models, or all of a particular model? I had similar happen to all of my videos from my favourite model (just the one model, but as the fates would have it the only one that I would never want to lose recorded private shows from)

SC Support suggested to enter the url directly (https://stripchat.com/collection/modelname/, which worked but was inconvenient. I then stumbled on a solution that has worked for me, in that I added a "new" photo from her selection to my collection and, hey presto! all of my videos and photos with her have reappeared as a part of "My Collection"


I have no idea if this is of any use to you of course .

Thank you Ozzie. They were all from one model and like you, I would have been very dissapointed to lose them. Your ideas worked for me.

I have since determined what happened. I added a picture set from her bio to add to collection, then deleted it which resulted in deleting everything.

Lesson learned, lol.

No I have not. I had seen models from the Philippines on there but did not know they stopped allowing new models.

I do not understand why they block certain countries. It should be easy enough to verify Identification. They are not allowing Kenyan models now also.

We are currently not accepting any new registrations from the Philippines.
Should things change moving forward, we will be sure to advise the community with an update.
