Pretty much anything works (countdowns, games, raffles, content sales, everything else), just be clear about it so members know what's going on when they stumble into your room.
FREE CUM SHOW would be pretty much guaranteed to bring people in but that's probably not going to help you. There's not really any one magic topic that will bring people in to your room. You kinda need to try different things and see what works for you. What works for one model, might not work for another and vice versa.
What kind of model do you want to be?
What types of shows do you genuinely enjoy? (if you're doing something sexual in the preview window and look like you're really enjoying it, that's more likely to bring people in to your room than anything you could write in your topic)
What are you comfortable doing?
What are you not comfortable doing?
How many countdowns do you plan on running a night?
Do you save anything for privates/groups (penetration or anal for example) that you don't want to be doing in public chat?
Are you looking to attract a certain clientele? Fetishists or members in to a particular aesthetic?

Your topic is a revenue-generating tool, and an introduction for potential visitors. You don't want to turn people off with it, and you always want to give members a reason to tip you.
What would interests me as a perv would be a combination of:
A greeting or theme, if you have one for the session.
A short-term shopping list (flash, dance, pick song, etc.)
A long-term goal (countdown), if you do those.
Daily deals, if you regularly sell videos or photos.
Different topics work differently depending on your personality, how popular you are, and the kind of members you attract. I'd poke around successful models you emulate, who run their rooms like you would like to, and see what works for them. Just bear in mind that on some nights, nothing works.

Certain keywords will help members find your room for certain things, but I don't really know how much that search function is actually being used. But if you're someone looking for, say privates for instance, that's a good thing to put so that members who want that can find a willing model.
