I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out for your help regarding my account suspension on Chaturbate. I truly appreciate the platform and the opportunities it provides, and I want to ensure that I fully comply with all the rules moving forward.

I understand that in the past, I may not have always followed every guideline perfectly, but I’ve learned a lot from those experiences and have taken them very seriously. However, this time, I am a bit confused about why my main account, Elissayum, was suspended from broadcasting. The only issue I am aware of is that my secondary account was suspended first, possibly because my boyfriend accidentally appeared on camera for a brief moment—just a few seconds—without anything happening. It was a genuine mistake.

I want to clarify that he is fully registered and approved on my main account, and we have streamed together before without any issues. That’s why I was surprised when my main account was affected as well. I understand the importance of following the platform’s rules, and I deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

I wanted to provide you with an update on the situation, which has turned out to be even stranger than I expected. I’ve attached evidence that shows the message “user appearing in stream has black lingerie and long pink hair.” However, I must clarify that it is absolutely me on the stream there is no other person involved. I chose to wear a pink wig for a special edition broadcast, but rest assured, it’s still me.

I’m quite perplexed by this situation and would appreciate any guidance you can offer to resolve it.
