Removing someone else’s ID from my account

Hey guys I feel so stupid I accidentally added someone’s ID to my account (not the guest account way but the FULL ID/people area, they also have a CB account and regularly cam) I’ve contacted cb about removing their ID officially off of my account and same for my ID off of their account. I don’t associate with them that way, we’ve only cammed once before together and I feel really uncomfortable with having it on their and same vice versa and would like them for cb to remove my ID off of their account as well. The only reason I don’t want my ID on their account is because I wouldn’t want them to potentially get me banned if they did something inappropriate/me potentially loosing my account for something I didn’t do. I’ve emailed them quite a bit these past few weeks and haven’t gotten a response besides “Thank you for providing the requested photo. To remove a guest account, simply click “remove” next to the username” (which only removes guest accounts not actual ID’s) anyways thank you!

It sounds like the rep was confused by your request, I'm guessing in your email you mentioned guest. You may have better luck writing the email something like this:


I'm writing today to request that you remove the age verification identification for the individual named "full name here" from my account "username here"

I would also like to remove my identification from the account "username here" my name is "full name here"

It sounds like the rep was confused by your request, I'm guessing in your email you mentioned guest. You may have better luck writing it something like this:

That’s what I was thinking also, I re-emailed them so hopefully they'll remove me from her account & same vice versa! Thanks for your help!

I actually just logged into cb a few minutes ago and had to re-upload my ID again because they removed mine but they kept her ID on my account. So I think they had a mixup of who they were trying to remove. I just emailed them again and hoping they'll remove her off of my account and not remove me again lol sorry this is so frustrating. Same with vice versa of them removing me off of her account.
