Rejected payment

Why was my payment rejected because every info was correct

I did but they didn't help me in anyway but my current status on payment hasn't changed from last week

I followed up with our Support team and was told that the rejection occured on your bank's end. You will need to contact your bank, or select an alternative payout option.
Please note that although your payout was rejected, your earnings are still being held in your model account and will be forwarded to your next pay out.

I did select a new payment method hoping that I'll get the funds but SC didn't issue any payout for me this week

Hello @roseytitz

In that case, you probably had changed your payout method after our weekly pay cutoff time.
So your earnings will all just be forwarded to the next payout.
