Recorded privates quality

Hello,
I have noticed that somewhere between 7 November and 29 November, until today, the quality of the recorded privates in my collection is bad compared to the private itself, maybe 720p at max when it's 1080p with a good quality during the private/stream. Is this something new in the site? Or is this a technical issue and something temporary? Thanks.

I did, and at the beginning they told me that it's only saved in 720p, but when I showed them that it was saved in 1080p previously, they said: "I understand that previously it was saved in 1080p, however, the recordings are no longer saved in that quality due to technical reasons.", and that was it.
