I tried doing a group show for the first time and have a question. When someone enters the room I get a notification in the chat, but I don't see them in the room list. I have no idea who is in my room because I don't get a notification if people leave. So I have no idea if anyone is in my room or not, I could be performing to an empty room for all I know as I can't see any names in the userlist. Is this a bug or is it supposed ot be like this or am I missing something?

When you are in a group show and you look at the list of users in your room.
From here, you can see the TOTAL number of users i.e. 2 watching now

The list beneath this info is a list of visible users.

In my example screenshot, you can see there is one visible username (blocked out my me)
but my arrow shows you how many users are present in the show who are in “incognito mode”, which means their username is hidden (user feature).

This room example has 2 users in the group show.
One user is visible but 1 is ‘hidden’.

So even if the visible user leaves the show, the hidden user will still appear here as 1 hidden and total number would change to 1 watching now

I have a follow-up question for this, hope it's ok.

Obviously, the "Watching Now" indicates all users present in the room, when a model goes into a group/ticket show, does it still show the whole room user list, or does it display somewhere how many have entered the group/ticket and are currently watching the model?

For example:
- 50 users in the room
-- Model goes into Ticket/Group Show
--- 10 people purchase/join the ticket/group show (so 10 people are now WATCHING the show, and 40 users can not see the show but they are IN the room)

How does the list now display to the model? Does it show somewhere specifically how many are WATCHING the show and not only in the room? Does the user list change for the model from "50 Watching Now", to "10 Watching Now" (because 10 have purchased the ticket/group)?

I hope I make sense - it's 2 am and I had too much coffee

It's a valid question, all I know for sure (not being a model) is that for us users in the show it only shows us who is in the show when we click on that tab.

Although I must admit my experience is only with *ticket* shows.

When a model is in the public room and views the user list (as per my screenshot above), the model will see a list of users 'who are watching the public room show now'.

Once a model enters a group/ticket show and proceeds to view the user list (it looks the same - the layout),
but the list of users shown to the model then are users 'who are watching the group/ticket show now'.
At this point, while in the show, the model cannot see a list of who's waiting in the public room.

But this is an interesting topic.
Maybe we need to look at making things a little bit clearer.
So thanks for bringing this up.. noted 😉
