Question about gray users in multiple chat rooms on CB

SO as I visit the #3dxchat rooms on CB I've noticed one gray name in particular that seems to be in almost every room in the #3dxchat rooms on CB. I've seen him in upwards of 6 to 8 rooms at a time.
In particular every room that is from Colombia.
They never say anything, never tip (that I can tell as they are a gray users). They are just there. Anyone have any in-site as to who or what this is about?
Are they like handlers or assistants from a studio?
I'm just curious really.

There are only a few rooms who play that game, makes sense he would hang in whichever are open at the time.

CB actually has a tab limitation, or did. Too many open tabs would prompt a log in request while blacking out the video every so often.

It's the studio monitor/boss or someone that controls all the rooms I don't know how that game works I've never tried it. Normally I'd agree with vixxen here but it's a 3d game right? So it's odd that he's sticking to just the Colombian rooms as he should enjoy all of them since it's the game being displayed.

All I know is you have to pay to play the game, as in a third party monthly sub like WoW.
