punker barbie aka Shirley from Chaturbate INSIDE PLEASE

I am so upset and hoping Shirley will reply to me as I have sent her about 4 or 5 emails over the last 5 days. I am hoping her or someone at Chaturbate can tell me whats happening cause I have a family to support and this is my only income and I only get replies from support saying

"As you may have noticed, your account with the Chaturbate live cam community has been terminated. This termination is due to suspected violation of our terms of service. Any tokens currently held in your account will be disbursed to you on our next payment date.

AFTER 28 times in the last year being banned and unban and begging them to fix the problem they sent me

Now after 5 days being banned and emailing and emailing the best they can come up with is this below and not answer my questions as to why I am banned or what is wrong or unban me. They also just ban me if I make a new account and upload new passport photos and then send me the same stupid copy and paste responses.

Someone from Chaturbate please help me fix my account.

I really don't think any of us can help you, nobody here has any influence with Chaturbate that I'm aware of. The email that you posted in the other thread said that you would be getting paid, as I recall, so give up on that site and move on to another one - IF camming is legal in your country. Having us harass support for you is likely to just piss them off.

WOW I am shocked that you all dont want to help me and are not shocked at Chaturbates actions. Whats country I am in is not an issue as other models from my country also work on Chaturbate. As far as working on other sites as I said before MFC wont even as much as reply to an email. I am still hoping Shirley can help as others have said she help sometimes.

Like already mentioned, there are plenty of people who would be willing to help, but there is no one able to help you in this matter. Creating multiple threads on the same subject doesn't help anyone - it clutters the forum, makes you look 'bad' and might annoy the other users. But, regardless of your argument this being specifically to ask for 'Shirley's help, it's the same subject.

To me, it looks like you're trying to wear the victim hat, turning the events on us, by saying 'we' are not willing to help against the blasphemy that is Chaturbate. Being banned quite a number of times, yet still do financial transactions with them after each and every time was simply, how do I put this nicely, wrong. I will probably even go as far as to saying some of your posts are uncalled for, especially to some of the members/models here who are actually trying to give you advice. Basically, you're slapping everyone in the face who is trying to help you, not a good move.

I am amazed that SM, MFC, CB et al do not have a contact on either of the two main forums. Payoneer have a guy on SW who sorts any problems in the twinkling of a token.

Actually, with how little this girl has listened to our questions and suggestions, she might have gotten clear answers from Chaturbate and somehow missed or twisted them. Doubtful with Chaturbate's history, but still possible.

Many companies that don't provide good customer forums of their own have employees monitor fan forums. As one (extreme) example, TiVo even has a Vice President who reads tivocommunity.com and responds to problems reported there.

The common thought that models from Philippines are blocked on Chaturbate is apparently not the reason why she keeps getting banned. They even have it as a category.

What's insane is that they don't seem to give her a reason for why she keeps getting banned.

It is taken a decade or so, but most of corporate America has learned that ignoring social media can result in lots of bad PR quickly. So if you have only limited resources you are probably better of dealing with Facebook, Twitter, and forums and punting on answering hard questions by email. Still there is no excuse for Chaturbates continued lack of customer and model support.

As much as I am rooting for Chaturbate to succeed because I think MFC needs some competition in the social camming space, their customer support and business practices (random banning) make MFC look like Neiman Marcus or Costco by comparison.

A company that you should stop giving 50% of your income to.
Surely you can work for some other site and stop with this weird chase you're on? I understand that you want answers, but after your banning hits the double digits and 2 of your identical threads go unanswered by their "support", maybe it's time to accept that what you want is not on the horizon? Get model access and dig through the info to find another site that could be an asset to you.

NONE!!!!!!! They would never every give me a reason and would also never answer me as to how to stop the banning for no reason so it must be a bug in the website or something and I am guessing instead of fixing it they just banned me and are now ignoring me.

For the life of me, I can't comprehend why anyone should WANT to stay on a site that has wrongfully banned them nearly 30 times. Seriously, get the fuck over it and move on!

I agree that if getting banned 30 times there has to be a legitimate reason for it. I can't comprehend why you were expecting a different result after the second time it happened. I do believe that is the definition of insanity my dear. All of these lovely ladies were trying to help, but you were just downright rude in response because you didn't get the answer you wanted. I wouldn't want to help anyone that treated me as such.
