Private show aborts immediately after starting

The Chaturbate broadcaster's private show settings include a 5 minute minimum. The first attempt lasted 2 minutes before it suddenly stopped, with the "performer is away" screen.

3 or 4 further attempts at a private would immediately abort after she started the show, and go to the "performer is away" screen.

Before starting the first attempt at a private the video stream was very laggy with constant pauses while buffering, however this issue was fixed by her going offline then back online.

FWIW, the first 2 minute session shows up in my "your collection" list, the other subsequent auto-aborted sessions don't.

Things the performer tried to fix the problem, none of which worked:

- disabling OBS
- disabling lovense
- rebooting computer

It's not a user error, it's a CB error. Write support.

I think CB has been having issues over the last week or two - last couple of privates I've had kept disconnecting like this.
